In the last sentence-“but only around the age of six”, Author uses three propositions “only” ”until” ”around”. I can not correctly understand their means. Why they author uses three propositions? I think they are not suitable, when they are used together. How can I translate the last sentence into Chinese? What means of three prepositions? In the common, we only use one preposition before the noun.

At the begin, I think “around” means “aside”. But teacher tells me that it means “about”. I understand why author uses three prepositions.
