Norman door 諾曼門

Norman door is a door with a design that makes it difficult to determine the correct way to open the door.  不知道怎么開門才是正確的，有這樣設(shè)計的門就稱為“諾曼門”。   A so-called "Norman Door" has design elements that give you the wrong usability signals to the point that special signage is needed to clarify how they work. Without signs, a user is left guessing about whether to push or pull, creating needless frustration1.  所謂的“諾曼門”的設(shè)計元素給你錯誤的使用信號，以至于需要特殊的標識讓人搞清楚該怎么開關(guān)。如果沒有標識，使用者就要猜測該推還是拉，導(dǎo)致不必要的挫敗。
