The parties wish this Agreement to define the general terms and conditions governing any and all purchase transaction between the parties regarding the PRODUCTS, and that the EXHIBITS set forth define the terms and conditions specific to each respective PRODUCT. Additional products may be added to this Agreement by the mutual agreement of the parties.
D. DELTA recognizes the compelling demand on technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery, cost and environmental preservation in the marketplace and to fulfill such market demand. DELTA expects its suppliers to continuously conduct technological development, improve manufacturing process and quality, reduce design and manufacturing cycle, make on-time delivery, maintain cost competitiveness and follow environmental regulations.
